To better service my customers, I continuously attend education courses on canine behavior and training each year to learn the latest effective techniques as well as constant research through books, videos, DVD’s and the internet.. I have worked a Police K-9 Officer for 9 years for free to help keep our community safer and have volunteered as a Auxiliary Police Officer for the past 15 years for which I have served as the Chief for the last 5 years.  I am a certified Instructor and evaluator for American Working Dog Association where I certify Police dogs from all around the country. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR. I attend Police canine training monthly, go to Police Canine seminars bi-annually and also help train, maintain and certify Police dogs.

I have worked with over 5500 dogs over the last 19 years and have never had 1 complaint registered with the BBB. I was featured on the front page of the Lockport newspaper on September 4, 2003 and again on July 21, 2007 and have written several other articles for various media, had interviews on the TV and Radio. I have done several seminars for Schools, Veterinarians, retirement homes as well as several other forums.  I have competed in the AKC, as well as the Schutzhund and Rottwieler clubs of Buffalo.
